Less than a year over 100 lbs keto works!!! Dr Berg's videos got me started and helped me with so many of my questions this group as well.  I was pre-diabetic in my heavy picture I’m no longer at risk...the journey wasn’t easy ups and downs back falls...but I’ve stuck with it and am almost at my gw I started in aug and hope to reach my goal a little after my year mark
