Knee inspiration

I have Duffy with bad knees for years. I played sports in school and worked heavy construction my entire life. I also ate a very high amount of sugar. Last summer, I went to get injections in both knees. I was told I had very little cartilage left, bone spurs, and severe arthritis. The report stated that I would need knee replacement surgery in the near future. I started researching any and all alternatives to eliminate surgery. I found Dr. Berg on YouTube, along with many others addressing inflammation from sugar.
I started keto in January of 2021 and intermittent fasting. I also started my own yoga practice every morning. Today, I am 23 pounds lighter and feel much better. My knees have improved drastically and I am able to once again enjoy more physical activities. Thank you Dr. Berg for sharing this information with others. When I went for my annual wellness check in April, my cholesterol levels were: HDL 82. LDL 152. Triglycerides 64. My Dr. wanted to put me on cholesterol meds and said I needed to lose a lot more weight. I did the math on HDL to Triglycerides and it was .78. I’m 6’2” tall. Needless to say, I refused the meds. I’m 69 years old and take no medication. Thank you again!!
