I was about 232 and 5'10, I am 47 years old and I just didn't get it! Lol, I mean I didn't eat bad I thought, and loved bread and noodles but didn't eat the fatty food but loved whole-grain cereal like a honey nut, cheerio. Lol but then I found keto and did the dirty keto first. The fats and such cut out all cereal and cards and bread I am now 173! I do have a cheat day on Saturday to eat some carbs lol but that's it. I do lean meats and fish and low carb vegetables I found these nice keto wraps at Walmart that are great. I put turkey and ham and cheese, eggs, and spinach for breakfast been doing it for almost 3 years now. I still miss the bread lol
