I’m 45 yr male who stepped on the scale and weighed 284lbs in April 21. I then started jogging a half mile a day. I also started cutting carbs. While surfing YouTube for low carb meal ideas I came across you and Thomas D. Basically from that day forward I put down the salami, dairy and all the other dirty items. I then picked up brussel sprouts, ghee, avocado, mct oils etc. The weight started flying off!! I then discovered intermittent fasting. I’ve lost 50lbs running 2 miles a day, lifting weights, and feeling better than ever! Fast approaching a flat stomach for the 1st time in my life!! My skin, joints and my overall health has drastically improved thanks to the educational content you guys are putting out. I’m sad to say I don’t have keto before and after pics. I never intended to lose 50lbs in 4 months - amazing! Everyone is asking me if there is something wrong? Did you get bad news from the doc? Everyone keeps telling me I’m going through a mid life crisis. You haven’t ate for 48 hours? What are you doing that’s so bad for you? I just ask do I look like I’m doing good or bad? If getting healthy is a mid life crisis I guess I’m guilty. My transformation has been so rapid and I owe it all to you and Thomas. Thanks for the new lease on life!!
