Intermittent fasting health recovery

In 2 months of my altered version of intermittent fasting, 10 days apple vinegar and pushed lunch from 2:30 till 4, eliminated sugar, flours, grains potatoes, I don't eat meat, and I only eat fish once a week, I followed what to eat according to your thyroid video because I had grown a lump in my neck 4.9 diameters according to ultrasound and had it drained, it came back OK. I am 1.55cm tall and was 69kg.
Started the fasting and dietary changes end of May through June and now in July, I am down to 61kg. The goal is 55kg. I swim every day now from last July 10. I also suffered from untreated multiple scoliosis and recently started physio and now yoga. I'm 40yo and I am finally getting my health back. Thanks to your life-changing videos. Many thanks, L
