Improved health and lost 26 pounds

I started watching Dr Berg’s videos on March this year, thanks to a recommendation from a friend on Instagram. I have to say it has been life changing. I have watched tens of his videos now. I started with keto diet (80% progressively)/low carb diet and Intermittent fasting 16:8, and I have done 24 hr fasting twice now. I have taken apple cider vinegar with lemon for a while every day. I weighed 138 pounds when I started, Today I weigh 112 pounds. I walk 30 min outdoors almost every day and do some abs, arms and legs hiit like 10 min every week. I do Yoga twice a week. My arms got thinner, my legs also, I even lost belly fat like I never thought I could at 48 years. I follow most of Dr Berg’s advices. And I bless him every day for helping so many people with his videos.
