I took the first picture well after losing most my 50+ pounds but still wasn't into the colorful pants. The second picture was taken today - I've actually got some waistline going now - but loads of extra top-heavy fat still to lose. I'm working on the last twenty hopefully before an early 2019 wedding where I have to wear a dress, hat, gloves, and high heels. I've done OMAD since Feb 2018, was 214 pounds then (but was already down from my higher weight of 230 earlier 2017 when I began Gut Thrive with Christa Orrechio but yo-yoed right back up unfortunately because I was drinking a bunch of fermented drinks with carbs and I hadn't quite got the memo about carbs yet) My OMAD philosophy is to look at the list of dr berg approved Keto foods and try to explore it wide and often, no calorie restriction for me, my eating window is usually about four hours including one hour, in the beginning, doing hydration with water and supplements. No coffee, no artificial sweeteners, rare restaurant food, rare pre-packaged food - mostly a pound veggies or more per day plus 7 to 9 ounces protein including two eggs and some meat, 8 olives, avocado, & a lemon every day, about half cup of nuts and seeds (limited but variety again) as organic and wild-caught and grass fed as possible.
