I think I’m reversing my type 2 diabetes.

When I was first diagnosed with diabetes type 2 eight months ago I started researching on the internet about my condition. That’s when I stumbled upon dr bergs videos on YouTube. I learned from him ways to get a handle on your diabetes through healthy Keto and intermittent fasting. I started to apply dr bergs advice eating 7-10 cups of vegetables Per day some protein and low carbs, That with fasting 18 hours a day and eating in a four hour window. Eight months later and I have lost 15 kg and most importantly my blood sugar readings are mostly in the normal range for the past three week without medication. Dr berg you’re a life saver, your videos and advice have helped me to be in the process of reversing my diabetes. For my overall health, I will stick to this eating plan. It’s changed my life for the better.
