"Hello everyone! I started keto in Feb 2018, and added IF (16/8) mid March. I've lost 55lbs and over 45 inches. I started working out approx 2 months ago and haven't seen a lot of scale movement since then, but still losing inches. I do 'dirty' keto but stay away from fake sweeteners. I tracked macros for the first 2 months to get a good idea of my portions and then stopped. I share a lot of my recipes that I use on a page called : That Keto Life (kinda) with a side of Intermittent Fasting if you'd like to follow the journey and get recommendations for great meals.
