I lost over 20 pounds in 4 months on keto. I’ve exercised consistently the past 6 years and have been able to keep my weight down after a 40lb loss in 2013, but slight upticks in the scale always lead me to starving a few months to undo Christmas or Halloween binging. Keto was amazing from the beginning. No hunger and completely satisfying. It’s been a continued learning experience. I keep striving to do keto the healthy way. I’m science minded, so I’m often questioning certain aspects and Dr Berg’s videos cover everything I’ve wondered! He even helped me realize that my dry skin was from my increased water consumption after having a kidney diagnosis requiring me to drink elevated quantities of water. Purchased electrolyte powder and I already see results! I’m very thankful!
