"Wow!! I have been on lazy keto since 1-12-19 picture on the left, on the right was taken on 4-20-19! To think that I was about to be in a size 18 very soon! I just got 2 pairs of work pants online so I got a size 14 and 12 would you believe that they both fit!! That is the happiest non scale moment of my life!! Words can’t tell you what keto has done for me! I still fight everyday not to give up and learn how to keep this as a woe! Today has helped a lot!!
