I Had lost 40 LB within 2 month

I used to practice different kinds of martial arts, and I was fit but later I had an ACL reconstruction surgery  ( my height was 177 cm) after that my weight increased from 170 lbs to 226 lbs. In 2017, I was searching for the best diet to follow, when I discovered Dr. Eric Berg and Mr.Thomas Delauer. I started to know the Keto diet, then, I discovered the awesome principles behind it. Especially that I came from Medical Background (medical laboratory Technician) so I started immediately to follow the triangle of,

1. Dry fasting (and as a Muslim) we are used to doing that (during the month of Ramadan) so it was easy for me.

2. Keto diet and too strictly high natural and healthy fat( natural ghee, butter, olive oil).. much vegetable( I used to make chicken Fajita .. it was perfectly keto-friendly, other dish was grilled pieces of lamb in a double grill pan with Zucchini and Eggplant, capsicum. with pieces of butter).. and more recipes. Depending on modifying dishes from Syrian cuisine*as I am Syrian), or what I learned from the Youtube.

3. HIIT training 2 days and 1 day rest the result was more than amazing people that didn't see me for 2 months said they couldn't believe the change.

The only thing that I want to ask both Dr. Berg and Mr. Delauer about is as I was exercising I wanted to eat something sweet at the end of my training, so in that time I used to eat a quarter of pineapple after the HIIT training, which included weight training and bodyweight training, rope skipping too. But even so, that result was amazing. I left the diet after that for three years, I gained weight again but not like before (become 200 lbs, which means that my metabolism has improved) anyway. Recently, I am back to keto. I noticed that my body is getting into ketosis very fast and I am burning fats faster (not eating pineapple now) I lost on 7th July 2021, till 27 around 20 LBS. Thank you, Dr. Berg and Mr. Delauer for your efforts and the knowledge you are spreading.
