April is my 1-year Ketoversary!!! Lost over 60 pounds. Went from a size 18/20 to now a size 8/10! Started at 210 pounds weighing in now at 148 pounds. I am 5'7" and just turned 48 last month and I feel amazing! I feel stronger, no more aches and pains. Keto has changed my life.
