How Keto and Intermittent Fasting has helped me

I stumbled upon a Dr. Berg YouTube video in my search to find a healthy alternative for my high cholesterol and my arthritis pain. The video was incredibly informative and I could not believe it. I have never been given so much free information about my own body and how to heal it. I started Keto and Intermittent Fasting on April 18, 2021. What I noticed first was the swelling in my hands and feet went down, I was actually able to take my wedding ring off. Next the pain in my knees, back and thighs start to diminish. After that I was hooked! I could not believe that in this short amount of time my constant pain from arthritis and sciatica had almost gone! I have lost 18 lbs so far and I am down to one meal a day and working my way to a whole day of fasting so I can reap more benefits of autophagy! Thank you Dr. Berg.
