healthy in 3 month

My name is Jasmin, I am 58 years old and I live in Germany. My husband came across your channel about 7 years ago, he mentioned to me the benefits of a Keto diet, but at that time I wasn't interested. I guess I was still happy with my overall health. We moved to Germany in 2019, I am originally from Germany, but was living abroad for the last 20 years. I noticed changes in my body after I turned 40, I picked up weight, started having back problems, headaches, my digestion was giving me problems, and some other little niggles. I have been to different doctors mainly for natural healing, but with very little or no success.
My weight was never a problem before, so not being able to get rid of the excess weight ( the highest wast 78kg, I am 173cm tall) was a little frustrating. My belly fat was growing no matter how much exercise I did. I thought I was eating healthy, by consuming the delicious bread you can buy here in Germany, not white bread but wholewheat bread, pretzel, and other so-called healthy bread. I would cook traditional German food like dumplings, lots of potato dishes, rice, pasta, and pizza the whole work. I also would eat salads and veggies as part of my diet.
I started watching "Dr. Berg" videos at the beginning of 2021, in April 2021 I decided to change our diet to Keto, my husband's support helped with implementing a different way of eating. At the same time, I started with Intermittent fasting just as it was recommended. Well my health improved steadily over the last 4 months, I lost weight I. don't know how much I haven't weight myself since then, my size went down from size 42 down to size 36, my belly fat went down, still a little bit that needs to go, but otherwise, I am very pleased with the result. In the beginning, I had smoothies for lunch and sometimes dinner, I found it easier to get the needed nutrients that way. Now I don't eat breakfast, I start eating from about 2 or 3 pm, something like eggs and bacon, cream cheese or cheddar, cucumber and avocado. My last meal for the day is at 6 pm with my husband, which can be chicken, salad, cheese, olives, gurken, etc. I did moderate exercise not very regular and only for about 20 min, only every other day.
Now, I added weight lifting because I want to build muscle, not much but to firm my arms stomach, and legs. I also need to strengthen my core, because there is still a little problem with sciatica flaring up sometimes. What worked for me was watching your videos over and over again and following the advice given. I had a blood test done in July, unfortunately only after I started Keto, I should have done a test before, I am sure the readings would have been quite different. I also had a sonogram done to see what my organs look like and all are in good condition now.
