Dear Dr. Berg, I admire your work and I am very appreciative of all the knowledge you've shared generously during the years. Following your tips on intermittent fasting and keto lifestyle, I managed to create and establish a balanced and healthy relationship with food. I used to have a very addictive appetite for sugars. Through intermittent fasting, I slowed down the cravings, started losing weight, and feeling more energetic during the day. My insulin resistance reached optimal levels and surprisingly my hormones are not imbalanced anymore. I had a significant life transformation thanks to you.
