So my story is pretty simple. I started a ketogenic diet because I was suffering from crippling migraines and I thought a low carb diet might help with that, and keto was a diet that I was very interested in. I started and I haven't looked back. From the day that I started keto I have not suffered one migraine and I was getting migraines daily that were so crippling that I couldn't function. So keto gave me my life back.
