For anyone on the fence about keto IT WORKS!

Not only am I down 30 pounds (my weight really ballooned after baby #5), but thanks to everything I’m learning from Dr. Berg about adrenal fatigue and getting enough potassium, my anxiety is finally going away! It got so bad I was afraid to leave the house, but now I am bursting with energy and joy! I am sharing what I’ve learned about keto and intermittent fasting with everyone I know, and it feels like it’s spreading like wildfire! I just ordered some of Dr. Berg’s electrolyte powder that has 1,000 mg of potassium per serving! I’ve been eating 5 cups of steamed spinach and an avocado every day to get the 4,700 mg that I need, but it will be nice to have something for when I don’t have all of that spinach around! For anyone on the fence about keto IT WORKS! But you’ve GOT to do intermittent fasting too. When I went down to 2 meals a day, my weight melted off fast, but then I stalled and have been at the same weight for a few weeks now.
