Fixing NAFL & losing 20 Lbs in 3 months

Dr. Berg, I have been a huge fan and a follower of your recommendations. During lockdown last year I decided to do something about my 190 lbs weight. Watching your videos over the course of 1-2 weeks helped me prepare and keep me motivated. I already knew that I had fatty liver but it was your video that told me that and with IF and Keto. But I will first need to fix the liver and only then be able to lose the excess body fat. More than anything your videos helped me in keeping my resolutions.

I started with 16-18 hour fast gradually increasing to a 20-hour fast with one-off 36 to 60 hr fasts. Modulating the pace of fasting helped reverse fatty liver to a great extent and thereafter helped me get to a shape that has given me a lot of confidence.

I’m now reasonably fat adapted (Indian food is too good to resist sometimes) Unfortunately, I don’t have photos to share but please know that you have made a difference in my life. Thank you!
