Week one, weighed 83.5 kg, found Dr. Berg and started drinking raw apple cider vinegar diluted in water for breakfast (with tumeric and ginger powder) and evening meal (with cinnamon). Eating lunch at 2 pm. Week two, began cycling and maintained above. Week three, maintained all above. Week four, maintained all above. Week five, maintained all above. Week six, weighed 77.5 kg. Very happy, thank you for quick easy to follow tips and science. :)
