First time to try KETO.

It’s my first time trying Keto and fasting which I only learned from Dr. Berg when I saw his videos on Facebook. I’ve been a vegan before a few years ago but still felt not right for me yes I lose a lot of weight but it includes a lot of exercises too and took 6 months to see my result. Two months ago, I suffered in severe infection my kidney is inflamed it’s so painful that I cannot move. I remember the last meal I had is coffee with a lot of non-dairy creamer ( which now I know it’s all chemical) and sugar. And I’ve been drinking my coffee with that for a month. Then a can of soda. (Makes me cringe now) But I chose not to go to the doctor because I know it was my body telling me to stop and change my diet.

After three weeks of fighting the infection just with the help of lemon water, water, and fresh coconut water I feel better. Inflammation gone. Until I saw Dr. Berg’s videos on Facebook and see myself watching a lot of his videos and decided to follow the Keto and fasting. It’s my first time to fast but I am determined to change my way. Now I understand it’s because of sugar and my high-carb diet that’s why it’s really hard to maintain my weight. I started Keto and fasting just last March 23 and just after one week, I lost 3 kg. Started at 50kg. Just wow!

Thank you Dr. Berg for your advice and endless videos about SUGAR AND CARBS as the culprit. Helps me really understand why my body doesn’t feel right. I know it’s working because my constipation gone and I never feel bloated. I’ve tried my old clothes that I used to wear before and it fits. I’m so happy.
