I went to my oncologist in May and tipped the scale at 206. I am only 5'3. I decided it was time to do something. I started cutting out fats and fast foods. I was working out 4-5 days a week. Sometimes twice a day with minimal results. I stumbled upon a YouTube video of Dr. Berg and started binge-watching and on June 30th. I committed to trying a keto lifestyle. Today is September 7 and I am now 172. I just ran 2.25 miles and I feel amazing. It's a learning process and I'm only a novice. I learn something new every day. I have clarity of thought and so much energy. I am finally consistently losing. I don't feel deprived.
