Finally lost it

I've been going to the hospital for tests a lot, to find out why I suddenly gained 20 kg in 3-4 months without a dietary change and without a lack of exercise. I had the weight for 1.5 years and at the most I topped 102 kg at a height of 179 cm, however I didn't look fat at all, didn't even have a belly.
No matter what I did or how much I moved, I couldn't lose the weight and just kept gaining. This was going on until I was living alone for 2 weeks and started keto and OMAD.
Within 2 weeks I lost 10 kg and am steadily losing it by 1-2 kg a week.
I've been having so much fun cooking huge meals (I love cooking) and being creative with the keto diet. But, what made the Healthy Keto Diet doable for me is Dr. Berg's rule not to count good veggies in the carb count (if they are low on the glycemic index). That changed my entire view on the diet.
I'll continue doing keto and OMAD for 4-8 more weeks and after that will continue keto/low carb indefinitely. Non-stop keto is impossible in my country, because of the regular social setting where everything served is carb-heavy (Netherlands). But all the advices in Dr. Berg's videos helped me to lose unexplained weight and feel much better physically and mentally because of it.
