Feeling healthy and lost 25 pounds.

Although I am only using parts of the keto diet and advice from Dr. Berg, I feel more energetic and lost 25 pounds. I do intermittent fasting a few times a week and cut back on carbohydrates mainly and accomplished my goal. So I don’t feel deprived as I still on occasion treat myself to my favorite desserts. Moreover, it doesn’t feel like a complete change so I am able to keep this program going now for a couple of months. Just had a yearly blood test and physical and all is normal. So it’s easy to stay on this program.
