Eliminating sugar

I used to weigh 255 pounds, I was overweight at the age of 30. All day I was very lazy. And then I just cut out all sugar, no soda, no bread, no pasta, and rice for like 6 months and I went down to 180 pounds. Now, I started good habits of waking up early, eating better food, coffee, and just kept sugar out of my life.
