Hi, I have not been having success. One thing that I just learned from one of your recent videos alerted me to check the ingredient label a little more thoroughly. I have only been monitoring macros. However, yesterday I learned that the pork rinds that I have been eating contain sugar (less than 1 g) but also monosodium glutamate and maltodextrin. Oh no!! I appreciate the education that you provide. Now, I am anticipating success as EDUCATION IS KEY!
