Easiest weight lost with no sweat

I went to college in US & at the moment in Sri Lanka which is my native country. Even during my college days, I hit the gym so hard but never lost weight to my expectations. But a few months ago, I randomly saw a video of yours on IF. I would say the best ever few minutes spent on YouTube. With no workouts, I've managed to lose 14kg (87kg to 73kg) weight in about 4 months. This was with strict IF & controlling sugar intake but without Keto. I could easily go 18hours without a meal, but at times I go for black tea with a biscuit (or some nuts) if I feel a little hungry. Now, I’m trying to get on to Keto & a little workout routine (bodyweight exercises). Mainly trying to reduce the easy carbs of rice & bread during the 6hour window of eating. I thank you so much as your advice has been simply amazing. Keep up the good work of sharing your knowledge.
