Defeating insomnia thanks to Dr Berg

I’ve been suffering from chronic insomnia for three years now, since my 18’s and now I’m 21. It started from nothing, because when I was 18 everything was fine, I was doing good at school, and also with my soccer team, etc. At a certain point, I started losing hours of sleep, when once I used to normally sleep from 8 to 9 hours, it started decreasing like 5-4-3, etc. I started to panic because I didn’t expect a thing like that to happen to me, so my first reaction was to go to the Doctor, he also didn't really know what to do so he prescribed me melatonin pills. At the beginning, it worked but after a week I stopped seeing results and I was so confused and the more I was stressing myself to find a solution, the less I was sleeping, then my fiance decided to help me by paying me a trip to an important hospital that treats of sleeping disorders, (the hospital is in Milan). There I went on a one-week recovery plan in which they monitored everything with advanced machines etc. As a conclusion, they found out that nothing was wrong with me, the only thing for them that seemed strange, was my iron levels, so they prescribed iron pills and told me to go and visit a psychologist. I was so disappointed because, I thought I found the solution, but it wasn’t like that. I took the iron pills for a while but it was getting worse then I stopped, and started falling into depression, I remember that once I didn’t sleep even a second in almost two weeks and I nearly died. Years were passing I was gaining weight and on my 20th birthday which was last year, I decided to stop taking any type of sleeping pills which I used to take because described by my doctor. One day I was looking at YouTube and I had the luck to see one of your videos where you're talking about insomnia, at first I had my doubts, but after I said “why not” and I started following your instructions, and it completely changed everything, ok I’m not still able to sleep for 8 hours, but I can for 6 hours and I wake up refreshed and with a lot of energy. My problem wasn’t due to familiar problems or any other problems which could lead to insomnia, but it was my lifestyle, especially my dietary lifestyle, so now that I’m taking the right minerals, decreasing sugar intake, working out, etc.I can finally say after 3 years that I’m happy.
