I have been taking Lisinopril for my high blood pressure. I did not want to take medication for life. Somehow I saw one of Dr. Berg's videos on Blood pressure. I did what he suggested, I took the supplements he mentioned, did high intermittent intensity workouts instead of just a steady pace on the treadmill. I also took the D3 and K2 and started eating dark chocolate. My blood pressure used to be 143/90 - It is now at 121/74. I am weaning myself out of the Lisinopril. I am now down to 1 per day I take it, one day I don't. Next week it will be one day I take it, 2 days I don't and after that, I am done. I have not felt this healthy in years! Thanks Dr. Berg!
