Best way to be healthy

I am 50 years old mum of 4 and my last girl is only 7 years old. After every pregnancy, I would put weight on, lose a bit, and back to 86kg to 89 kg. Even I thought I was very active walking, running few miles a day, eating healthy, I thought! Was struggling with the stomach problem, reflex, starting having muscles and joints pain. Not much energy, sleep disorders, low iron. With my busy work and young kids, I have to be healthy and stay active as long as I can. One day, on youtube I noticed Dr. Berg's video about fasting and healthy keto. That's how I started 3 months ago. First, 3-4 weeks was a bit hard, had this chocolate craving. But now look, I am down to 70 kg happy with this result, feel great, eat all full-fat stuff before was always picking low fat. Still working on my sleeping problems,but I ll find the right way to sort it.Thank you Dr.Berg and thank you for delicious chocolate desert recipes .
