Beginning again!

I restarted Keto and IF on July 1st. I added HIIT three days a week and jog 5.5 miles a day. As of today, I've lost 14 pounds! I was shocked, but thrilled! I'm now back to my pre-pandemic weight and hope to lose the last 20 by the end of September. I'm 63 and feel fabulous! I love this WOL!
