Back in the Saddle Again (dropping the saddlebags though!)

I started your keto diet and fed my husband what I ate. He didn’t realize he was on a “diet”. We both lost weight to our goal weight very rapidly and were maintaining this ideal weight easily. Until we weren’t... We went off Keto diet for a trip to Hawaii so that we could eat local fruit etc. Not at all worth it. We ate local fruit, which led to sugar cravings, so we also ate local (NOT lo-cal!) chocolates and all sorts of local sugar foods. It was a disaster. We looked and felt horrible since. That was 2 years ago. It was very difficult to start over, but we are celebrating day 4 of keto again! So far we both lost 1lb per day and are so encouraged. Your videos and recipes are making it possible for us to live our retirement years together much happier and healthier. Thank you and God bless you Dr Berg! You too Karen! Cheers to good health!!!!
