Story

By: Rick

One month ago I was 230 pounds. Pre diabetic with severe liver disorder. I was concerned about the weight but even thinking I was eating healthy I couldn't move the needle on the scale in the right direction. My 23 year old Marine told me about keto and I tried but it was to restrictive for what my body craved. I ached and I couldn't be on my feet without stabbing pain in my heels. They said I had spurs but I don't know. I tried keto again after searching and finding Dr. B and started simple with eggs, bacon, fresh veggies, keto coffee, juicy fat streaks but most importantly reading ingredients and staying away from processed garbage and carbs. I have a calisthenic workout that I do at the park. Today I did the walkway over the Hudson loop and was surprised to find at the end of the journey that it was 3.8 MI and amazingly my feet didn't hurt at all. Now for the good news when I got on the scale this morning I weighed 212 so in one month I've lost 18 lbs and I'm just really enthusiastic and excited about continuing on and taking care of my health. I need to learn some new recipes so I can get a variety and not grow stay along eggs and bacon and bacon and eggs. I'm really proud of myself that I haven't succumbed to any of The temptations and they're really not even there I mean I just don't have a desire for potato chips or cookies and bread I haven't had a slice of bread.  I can't tell you how long so it's worth and I'm happy and I thank you Dr Berg for all the information for all of your followers who are success stories in their own right.
