77 pounds lighter

On July 2020 my life changed as I took the path of keto and intermittent fasting. At the age of 24 I was the biggest I ever was at 330 pounds. I had a fatty liver, pre-diabetes and knee pain due to my weight. I was introduced to Dr. Berg through my girl friend at the time (now wife). I would watch his videos and hear her tell me about Dr. Berg but I still wasn't convinced his plan would work. One day a group of friends decided to do a thirty day keto challenge so I said why not. To my shock, I lost 30 pounds in 30 days. Once I stalled after losing 30 pounds I ended up doing OMAD and strict keto (no keto sweeteners at all) and lost 47 more pounds. In total, I lost 77 pounds within 5 1/2 months! I didn't work out at all during those months but noticed alot of muscle definition. I no longer have a fatty liver, no longer pre-diabetic and my knees don't give me a problem like before. All of my blood test results came back normal and my doctor was shocked. I thank God for leading me to the right eating plan and changing my life. I stand by healthy keto and intermittent fasting being the correct way to true, successful and long term weight loss. If you want fast and amazing results you must be consistent even on days when you don't feel like it. Push through and watch your body transform!
