Dr. Berg, at this exact time frame last year I decided to make changes to my overall health. I started with intermittent fasting on 16/8 20/4 now 23/1. I eat my eggs, my meats and lots of greens. I am not interested in greasy foods or do I have to deprive myself of anything. It's more about making a healthier lifestyle. I enjoy my workouts, work and family activities due to the energy I feel. Thank you for your videos. I still make it a part of my learning process.
