24 Hour Fast can Help With A Atall

Dr. Berg asked me to share my story so here I go. I've been doing Keto for the last 4 months and I've lost a total of 28 lbs. But for the last 4 weeks, I've been at a stall and it was driving me nuts. Because no matter what I did, what I ate nothing was happening. Wasn't gaining but wasn't losing and it was so frustrating. I had been watching videos on autophagy and 24 hour fasting but I didn't really think I could go 24 hours. I had been fasting for up to 16 hours. And even that wasn't working so I geared myself up for it and did a 24 hour fast yesterday. Drank water with a little liquid stevia and some green tea with some more liquid stevia and I managed to push through it. This morning I weighed myself and I had lost a lb overnight. I was shocked. I even cried I was so happy. So if you're in a stall, try a 24 hour fast or longer. Keep working at it. You can do it. Vicky
