Keto Speckled Gingerbread Fat Bombs

Total Time: 20 to 25 minutes

Serves: 9

Per serving: 227 calories, 1 g protein, 2 g carbohydrates, 24 g fat

Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 96 g almond flour
  • ¼ cup monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 4 oz / 118 g butter, melted
  • 2 oz / 56 g cream cheese

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl combine almond flour, monk fruit sweetener, ginger, sea salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter. Stir to combine. 

  2. Add cream cheese and stir. Do not over-mix. You will see bits of cream cheese in the mixture. 

  3. Chill 20 minutes and portion into 9 bombs. Roll into balls. Enjoy.
