Ingredients
- 1 cup / 96 g almond flour
- ¼ cup monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 4 oz / 118 g butter, melted
- 2 oz / 56 g cream cheese
Directions:

In a medium bowl combine almond flour, monk fruit sweetener, ginger, sea salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter. Stir to combine.

Add cream cheese and stir. Do not over-mix. You will see bits of cream cheese in the mixture.

Chill 20 minutes and portion into 9 bombs. Roll into balls. Enjoy.
