Tips

This is a good time to implement a kale shake into your meal.

A kale shake is a great way to add healthy carbs to a meal.

Just make sure you use less than 1 cup of berries and you will be fine!

Mix together frozen berries, kale, and enough water to make everything a shake consistency.  You can also add flavored berry stevia or Dr. Berg's Electrolyte Powder works great, too!

Make these sausage, cheese, egg biscuits ahead of time so you can just warm them up in the morning!  Add a kale shake to get in your healthy carbs.
