Ingredients
Breakfast Sausage - 8 oz.
Cheddar Cheese - 4 oz. - shredded
Eggs - 1 large
Almond Flour - 1 cup
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together.
- Divide into 8 equal parts. Place in muffin pans or silicone molds.
- Bake in oven for 25-35 mins @ 350 degree.
