Peanut Butter and Cacao Bars
Total Time: 10 minutes prep time + 25 minutes chill time

Ingredients
Peanut Butter - 1/2 cup
Cacao Butter - 1/2 cup
Coconut Milk - 1/4 cup, unsweetened
Erythritol - 2 teaspoons, powdered
Lily’s Dark Chocolate - 1/3 cup
Shredded Coconut - 1/4 cup
Directions:
Melt down cacao butter.
Gently mix all ingredients. Save a small amount of shredded coconut and chocolate chips for garnish.
You can either use silicone molds or a dish lined with plastic wrap for easy removal.
Pour mixture into dish.
Let freeze for at least 20 minutes. Cut into bars.
These bars should be stored in the refrigerator because they get too hard in the freezer. Or freeze them and pull them from the freezer about 30 minutes before you’re planning on eating them.
