Ingredients
Cream Cheese - 1 brick (8 oz)
Mayo - 1/2 cup
Garlic Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Pimento - 1/2 cup (drained)
Cheddar Cheese - 2 cups (shredded)
Green Onion - 3 pieces
Jalapeno - 1 small
Directions:
Mix 8 oz cream cheese and 1/2 cup mayo with a whisk.
Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Dice jalapeno and green onions. Add to mixture.
Drain pimento. Add to mixture.
Gently fold cheese into mixture.
Let set in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve with Dr. Berg's Bread or cucumber slices!
