Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp / 30 mL coconut oil
- 3 medium onions, sliced
- 3 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 12-oz box mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp / 5 mL garlic
- 1 tsp / 5 mL salt
- 1tsp / 5 mL pepper
- 1 Tbsp / 15 mL Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp / 2.5 mL crushed red pepper flakes
- 1½ lb / .7 kg sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F / 190 degrees C.

Heat large skillet.

Melt coconut oil in skillet.

Add onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, garlic, salt, Italian seasoning, red pepper. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add beef to skillet. Add salt and pepper for taste.

Continue to saute until beef is no longer pink.

Transfer everything into a 9x13-inch pan.

Top with sliced Swiss cheese.

Bake in oven for 10 to 15 minutes to melt cheese.
