28 oz canned artichokes, drained 

¾ cup heavy whipping cream 

¼ cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1½ cups Parmesan cheese, grated 

1 tsp black pepper, ground 

1 Tbsp fresh thyme

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 176 degrees C.
