Keto Everything Bagels

Keto Everything Bagels

Serves: 6

Per serving: 75 calories, 4 g protein, 5 g carbohydrates, 6 g fat

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 Tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 4 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large microwave safe bowl melt your mozzarella and cream cheese.  About 3 min still every 1 min or so until cheese is stringy.

  3. In a large mixing bowl mix together your melted cheese, egg baking powder and almond flour, mix thoughly until mixture creates a dough.

  4. Split the dough into 6 even balls.

  5. Roll each ball into a tube shape about 1 inch in diameter.

  6. Connect the ends to create your bagel shape.

  7. Place bagels on a parchment lined baking sheet.

  8. Take the everything bagel seasoning and press it into the bagels as evenly as possible.  Bake for 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown.
