Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 Tbsp cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup almond flour
- 4 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large microwave safe bowl melt your mozzarella and cream cheese. About 3 min still every 1 min or so until cheese is stringy.

In a large mixing bowl mix together your melted cheese, egg baking powder and almond flour, mix thoughly until mixture creates a dough.

Split the dough into 6 even balls.

Roll each ball into a tube shape about 1 inch in diameter.

Connect the ends to create your bagel shape.

Place bagels on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Take the everything bagel seasoning and press it into the bagels as evenly as possible. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown.
