Keto Bacon-Wrapped Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 6 strips center cut bacon
- 6 medium cauliflower florets
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp sea salt
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.

Line a baking tray with parchment. Place slices of bacon onto tray. Set aside.

Fill a medium pot halfway with water. Bring water to a boil over medium heat. Add cauliflower to water and boil 5 to 8 minutes until slightly tender. Remove florets from water and place into a medium sized bowl.

Add butter and sea salt to cauliflower. Toss to coat cauliflower with butter and sea salt.

Wrap each seasoned cauliflower floret with a strip of bacon, stretching bacon as needed to cover cauliflower. Some cauliflower can be exposed. Place bacon-wrapped florets in a glass baking dish.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes until bacon is browned and slightly crisp.

Cool 3 minutes before serving.
