Grilled Cheese with Keto Bread

Ingredients
Keto Bread - 2 slices (see recipe)
Cheese - 2 1/2 ounces, at room temperature if possible (this will help a lot when you are melting the cheese)
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Cut two slices of keto bread.
3. In a large pan, delicately melt the butter on medium-low heat. (Be careful, butter burns fast!)
4. Add the bread to the pan with melted butter. Cook on medium-low heat until the one side of the bread is golden brown.
5. Build your grilled cheese sandwich.
6. Place open-faced sandwich on a roasting rack and place in oven. The purpose of this step is to melt the cheese. This should only take 5 minutes.
7. Once the cheese is melted, pull it from the oven and let it cool for 1-2 minutes before cutting it in half so that the cheese has time to firm up a little.
