Chocolate Lava Cake Bites
Ingredients:
2 tbl almond flour
4 tsp cocoa powder
2 tbl powdered non-sugar sweetener of choice
1/8 tsp vanilla
1 tbl melted butter
1 large egg
3 tbl sugar-free chocolate chips
Directions:
Grease mini muffin pan (8 wells) or use mini muffin cups.
Mix all dry ingredients. Mix all wet ingredients. Blend wet into dry and mix well with wooden spoon. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Gently remove and serve warm.
You can top with sugar-free whipped cream (or lightly Stevia sweetened organic whipped cream!).
