Ingredients:
For the frappuccino:
1⅓ cup brewed coffee, chilled (decaf if you prefer)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
⅔ cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 to 4 tablespoons erythritol or monk fruit powder
2 tablespoons collagen powder (optional)
2½ to 3 cups ice
For the whipped cream:
1 cup heavy cream
3 to 5 drops stevia
Instructions:
In a blender, add all of the frappuccino ingredients and blend on high until frothy
In a medium bowl, add heavy cream and drops of stevia
Blend with an electric mixer for about 1 to 3 minutes until stiff peaks occur
Pour your frappuccino into a glass
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder and enjoy!
