Keto Cheese Crisps Recipe
These cheese crisps are thin, crunchy, and super tasty. They are made with three different kinds of cheese and some spices, which you could adjust to your liking. These cheese crisps are beautiful and taste better than a potato chip!
Ingredients
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup manchego cheese
1/4 teaspoon of onion powder, garlic powder, white pepper and cayenne pepper
A small pinch of sea salt (the cheese already has lots of salt)
A dash of black pepper
Directions
Combine cheese and spices in a bowl
Preheat oven to 400
Place on silicone sheet on a baking tray, 1-2 TBS mounds about 2 inches apart
Bake for roughly 8 minutes. Check often on them and pull out of the oven when they have begun to brown and flatten and have stopped bubbling.
Let cool and enjoy!
You can enjoy it as a snack, or add to salads for some crunch!
