I am glad that I got the opportunity to share my story. At first, I tried many things just to bring my body in shape but it didn't work. After that, I went through Dr. Berg's account and videos and started to follow them. I did intermittent fasting for one month and got to know it benefited me 90%. I started noticing improvements in controlling my blood pressure, and maintaining weight loss and anxiety. I am very grateful to Dr. Berg who has been a guiding light in my journey and will always be.
