Use this COVID down time to get healthy

Hi, My story began a couple of months ago. I realized my weight was increasing and I needed to make a change. I had begun to fall asleep after my lunch and could not seem to control this. So I started to research this and found that it was an indicator of being insulin resistant. During this research, I came across Dr. Berg's website. I found his approach to correcting this problem using the keto diet plan very interesting and well presented. So I started to follow his advice. Two months later, I have lost 30 lbs., but even more important is my general health has been increased dramatically. I began intermittent fasting along with the dietary guidelines as put forth by Dr. Berg. It really works and his videos are full of interesting information. Thank you Dr. Berg!
